The website records the name, email, business information, location, product requirements and message you choose to submit. This information is used to assess and respond to your enquiry. Please do not submit payment details or sensitive personal information.

Storage & communication

When you submit an enquiry, your details are sent directly to Web3Forms, our form and email delivery provider, for forwarding to the business inbox. Web3Forms processes and may retain submissions under its own privacy policy. The confirmation means the email service accepted the request; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. Previously saved enquiries remain privately stored by the website operator.

Product information

Product and process imagery illustrates styles and design directions. It is not proof of actual stock, a particular facility or exact specifications. Product materials, origin, colours, dimensions, pricing, availability, payment and delivery must be confirmed before ordering. An enquiry is not a purchase or payment commitment.

Catalogue filters are stored in the page URL. If you follow a tagged campaign link, campaign labels and the landing-page path may be kept in this browser tab for up to 24 hours and included with an enquiry you submit. This helps identify which campaign led to the enquiry. We do not add advertising pixels, visitor identifiers or cross-site tracking. Information typed into a form is sent when you submit it.
